Care, the way we mean it.
Care isn't one thing. For one family, it's help getting dressed in the morning. For another, it's someone to sit with while the news is on. For someone else, it's the chance to leave the house for a few hours without spending the whole time worrying. We start by finding out which one it is for you.

Every family's first call is different. Some know exactly what they need. Others just know something has to change.

What dignity actually looks like.
It's asking before helping, not assuming. It's remembering how someone takes their coffee, or which chair is theirs. It's letting someone do what they can still do themselves, and being there for the rest. Independence and support aren't opposites here — most days, they're the same thing.
